We’re delighted to have you here. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. Respect the Space

  • Please treat our cafe and its belongings with care. Let’s keep the environment clean and welcoming for all.

  • Use tableware and furniture responsibly. If you need assistance, just ask.

2. Order & Payment

  • Please place your order at the counter, or at your table (if available). Payment is due upon ordering.

  • We accept [list payment methods: cash, credit cards, UPI, etc.]

3. Keep It Cozy

  • For the comfort of all guests, please limit large groups and noise levels. Everyone is welcome, but we ask that you keep conversations at a respectful volume.

  • Kindly avoid blocking aisles or pathways, especially during busy times.

4. No Outside Food & Drinks

  • For health and safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring in outside food or beverages. Feel free to ask us if you have any dietary needs, and we will do our best to accommodate.

5. Pets Welcome!

  • We’re a pet-friendly cafe! You’re welcome to bring your furry friends with you.

  • Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times.

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste in designated bins.

  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, if your pet becomes disruptive, we may ask you to take a break outside.

6. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the cafe.

  • We have designated outdoor smoking zones for our guests who smoke. Please use these areas to ensure a comfortable experience for all.

  • Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided bins to keep the area clean.

7. Wi-Fi & Device Use

  • We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests. Please use it respectfully and limit device use during busy periods to help keep the atmosphere relaxed.

  • We encourage in-person conversations, but we understand the need for digital work. Enjoy your time with us!

8. Cleaning Up

  • Please dispose of any trash in the designated bins. If you're unsure, our staff will be happy to assist.

  • Clear your table when you're done, especially if you're not planning to stay long. This allows others to enjoy the space as well!

9. Customer Behavior

  • We have zero tolerance for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. We want everyone to feel comfortable here.

10. Enjoy Your Time

  • Most importantly, enjoy your experience with us. Whether you’re here for a coffee break, a meeting, a lunch and dinner or to relax with friends (and pets), we hope you leave with a smile!
