By visiting and using the services provided by The Project Cafe, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. General Terms
These Terms of Service apply to all customers of The Project Cafe, whether visiting in person or utilizing our online ordering services.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders must be placed at the counter or via our online platform (if applicable).

3. Food and Drink

4. Pets
Pets are welcome in our cafe. However, we ask that pets be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times and under the supervision of the owner.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.
If a pet becomes disruptive or aggressive, we may ask the owner to remove the pet from the premises.
5. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cafe.
We have designated outdoor smoking areas for smokers. All smoking must take place in these areas.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the designated bins.
6. Wi-Fi & Internet Use
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for our customers. By using our Wi-Fi, you agree not to engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
We encourage responsible use of our Wi-Fi, keeping in mind that it is shared by all customers. Large downloads or excessive streaming may be limited.
7. Conduct and Behavior
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for all customers. Abusive, disruptive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to ask any customer to leave if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests.
8. Liability
The Project Cafe is not responsible for personal items left behind, lost, or damaged while on the premises.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our food and drinks, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions to food allergies or sensitivities unless explicitly disclosed to staff at the time of ordering.
9. Reservations (if applicable)
Reservations, if offered, are subject to availability. Please contact us directly or use our online platform to make a reservation.
Cancellations may be required within 1 hour of reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
